Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused, unaltered, and unworn hair extensions in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Exclusions: Custom orders, clearance items, and promotional sales are final sale and not eligible for return.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@pinupstudionc.com with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
